Get Strong Monday & Wednesday
- The Garage's Flagship Class The secret to longevity is muscle. This one hour full body functional strength class trains all muscle groups & movement patterns with progressions and regressions for all fitness levels. We start with movement prep, move to lifts, and end with a fun group finish. These classes are programmed in 3 weeks blocks to stay consistent & show progression. A variety of equipment is used.
Get wind Tuesday & Thursday
Cardio doesn't have to be boring and time consuming. This fast paced 45 minute class is a mix of stations and intervals designed to provide non-stop athletic conditioning of a variety of muscle groups. .
Get Grit Friday
This 45 minute hybrid class combines all of your favorite aspects of the garage into one solid work out. Finishing your week feeling accomplished. .

Stephanie Pecora
Head Trainer & Owner

Training has been a consistent part of my life since childhood. I recall sitting on a gym floor and watching my mom train, which piqued my early interest in exercise and instruction. My passion for teaching led me to a career in elementary education before I explored another opportunity that combined my role as a teacher with my favorite subject: functional exercise. Beginning in 2018, I started attending multiple training certifications. Recognizing that the best teachers are also lifelong learners, I continue to stay current and learn from the best in the industry whose practices align with mine. I love to help people develop strong bodies and minds while moving safely.
